Shera Bouthan show is a reality show of India’s Religion of Bengali. The contestant hereby declares and commits that till telecast of the final episode of Shera Bouthan or her permanent disqualification from the competition, the contestant shall not participate in any programme which shall be telecast on television except or ETV Bangla in India and abroad.

The contestant hereby declares and commits that till telecast of the final episode of Shera Bouthan or her permanent disqualification from the competition, the contestant shall not participate in any programme which shall be telecast on television except or ETV Bangla in India and abroad.
No friends Relatives of the contestant will be allowed inside the audition hall.
The panel decision will be final & abiding.

Passport size photograph of the contestant needs to be attached with this form.
The contestant needs to carry this form with her for the audition. Contestants will be informed by post/ email/ phone about their selection within a month’s time.
The channel reserves the right to disqualify the contestant for any reason whatsoever during the process of the show/grooming.
The contestant needs to carry her age proof.
The contestant shall not participate or enter into any contract/arrangement to participate in any programme of a same or similar nature organised or conducted by any other television channel apart from ETV Bangla in India and abroad.
The contestant shall not be a part, in any way, of any public show of her performance. The contestant shall not speak anything with respect to the conduction, management, organisation of the Shera Bouthan programme or performance of any other participant with the competition before any press media/ news channel/ newspaper journalist or any other mode of public awareness.
In the case of any dispute, the courts in Kolkata shall have jurisdiction.
